Harrington Starr are partnered exclusively with an award winning FX brokerage who are looking to recruit a Head of Sales to join their team in London. This business had a management restructure just over 2 years ago and have had a recent successful round of funding so it is an exciting time to get on board. 

They are looking for someone looking to be part of a fast moving, growing business. This is a newly created role and will be responsible for managing their current Sales Executives. 

The ideal candidate will have -
  • successful track record within Sales business 
  • hunter mentality 
  • FX background highly advantageous
  • good knowledge of FinTech products
  • excellent communication skills
  • previous experience managing and leading successful Sales teams 
This is a great opportunity for someone who is an ambitious Sales professional looking to join an innovative business where they can really make their mark. They have had a lot of funding secured and are really looking to capitalise on this. 

They are employee focused and truly support their staff with an excellent range of benefits including wider family support. This role is 50/50 split between their offices in Central London offering a competitive basic salary plus commission and equity in the business.
