One of the worlds elite hedge funds require an exceptional technologist to help build a brand-new order and execution management system.

We're seeking a skilled Java Developer to develop and maintain robust integrations between the Order Management System (OMS) and client APIs.

You'll play a key role ensuring seamless data exchange and communication between systems.


Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Java applications that connect the OMS with client APIs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their API specifications and integration requirements.
  • Write clean, well-designed, and maintainable Java code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform thorough testing of the developed interfaces to guarantee functional and performance requirements are met.
  • Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, providing timely solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers and other developers to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years working experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java and its ecosystem.
  • Experience working with APIs, including RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies, messaging queues, and data transformation.
  • Proficiency in database technologies like SQL.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working at client sites and interfacing with client stakeholders is a plus.
