- £125,000 - £145,000 basic salary
What you will do
- Manage a small team of experienced engineers, 5-6 in total.
- Advocate for consistency across various engineering teams, ensuring widespread adoption and adept use of applications and relevant technologies.
- Play a key role in shaping the architectural design and specification of the product.
- Provide leadership and coach existing team members through the ranks.

What you will need
- A technology background although this role will be primarily hands-off.
- Flexible on technologies but they work with: C#, .Net, AWS, Angular, Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate to senior stakeholders.
- Background in financial services with knowledge of Bonds and Equities
- A right to work in the UK indefinitely without sponsorship.
- To travel into the London office a few days a week.
