Ciara Clarke
Principal Consultant
Ciara is part of our expert Software Development Desk, with a true focus on Python and C++. By combining her background in hospitality with her technical expertise, Ciara is able to deliver a world-class service to our global clients. We asked Ciara, why did you transition from hospitality to the recruitment industry?
"I came from a hospitality background and I really enjoyed the people aspect of it- creating a positive experience for someone from start to finish is what I’m passionate about. Recruitment is about building connections with people and bringing them on a journey. I get a real sense of achievement when I help people with their big career choices!"
And what's one piece of advice you would give to those currently looking for their next career move?
"Don't be afraid to have conversations with people as they may open doors that you might not have thought were possible. It all starts from a conversation!"
