This role is responsible for creating and overseeing the customer experience.
You will work with customer support teams, concierge, and PA’s to ensure a seamless and positive experience when interacting with the products.
You will already be working in private banking or wealth management, and ideally will have had some exposure to the luxury hospitality industry.
This is a new role to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive growth and foster loyalty at all touch points.
