Bi-Lingual Technical Account Manager

£80,000 - £110,000 + bonus + benefits

A global trading technology SaaS vendor is seeking an additional client focussed account manager, to help ensure the large UK client base are achieving maximum results from the platform, as well as providing regular technical feedback to internal technical teams.

As the account manager you will build strong and trusted client relationships – you’ll be the single point of contact to help liaise and coordinate teams for everything from technical support to product integration to training, as well as developing accounts and looking for up-selling opportunities.

You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in more than one language, with a strong preference for French as well as English.
