Business Analyst - Commodities Trading
London - Hybrid
£600 - £750 per day
As a business analyst, you'll be working on a custom built system for our European Commodities Trading division. Migrating from the current settlement, invoicing and purchasing system to a new state of the art system. The new system will incorporate Machine Learning to automate many of the manual process to give increased speed of data to our trading team.
As part of the project involves modelling trades within a time series, any experience you have with Endur Data Series or other time series modelling systems will be extremely useful and help you stand out from the crowd. We are looking to create a small number of module rules that can cover over 3000 product trades.

Requirements:
- Techno-functional Business Analysis skills
- Worked in a trading environment on commodities - specifically physical delivery. Oil, Gas, Power or Renewables are desirable
- A good communicator who can work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Trading system knowledge - ideally Endur v19 and above or similar.
The project is will be long lasting and any contractor who wants somewhere they can stay for a long time but still grow technically will really enjoy this position. There will be an option to convert to a permanent staff member after successful extensions to your contract.
