Digital Employee Experience Manager - London - Investment Bank - £85,000-£95,000

Currently we are searching for a Digital Employee Experience Manager to join a renowned Investment Bank in London.  You will act as the Service Owner for the client technology / modern workplace assets in EMEA.

The purpose of the role is to develop and own the Digital Employee Experience vision, and support build an exceptional experience for users across EMEA, as they engage with the organisation’s client computing technologies.

Currently the DEX team has 3 components – the ‘Techbar’ providing 1st line customer focussed support, the ‘Client technology support’ group who provide 2nd line technical expertise/escalation and the ‘DEX Support team’ who lead the strategy and overall technical ownership of the DEX function. The DEX team is part of the wider Client Computing Group of the infrastructure group.

Main responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an exceptional leader who will be responsible for managing a team of 3 direct reports and approximately 20 members of staff overall.
  • Oversee the management of the day-to-day support experience, maintenance, and enhancement of the organisation’s DEX environment - including Windows desktops and laptops, Citrix VDI solutions, mobile devices.
  • Adopt a data driven approach using the service management platform to construct effective ticket tracking dashboards to manage priorities.
  • Meet with business stakeholders across the region regularly to understand current issues and provide targeted support. Develop the DEX vision to further improve levels of service and increase efficiency
  • Vendor Management - Understand and own relationships with 3rd party providers and vendors.
  • Maintain diverse, effective, and constructive relations with stakeholders across IT and the business in EMEA and North America,
In this role you will report to the Service Group Manager and other key stakeholders.

Package for this position is between £85,000 - £95,000 base + Bonus/Benefits.
