- 5+ years of back-end engineering experience with a proven track record of success (Java)
- Advanced proficiency in Java (or another JVM language) and a deep understanding of low-latency principles
- Solid expertise in building high-throughput, distributed systems
- Experience with DDD and TDD is a plus
- You have the drive and determination to tackle ambiguous problems and handle the demands of a fast-paced environment
What you'll be working on:
- Building infrastructure utilizing low-latency technologies: Design and develop components for core processing, risk management, and integrations with payment networks
- Optimizing the latency and throughput of systems for peak performance and scalability
- Implementing advanced fraud detection algorithms
- Integrating with various payment gateways and other financial services
