Senior Security Engineer (Contract)
Location: London – Hybrid
Pay: £650-£750 per day
Join our Cyber Security Engineering IAM & PAM team as a Senior Security Engineer.
In this role, you'll focus on enhancing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to meet business requirements. You'll contribute to the development of security strategies and solutions to protect our business from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering efforts on IAM/PAM and secrets management technology.
- Ensure controls remain effective and handle any necessary changes.
- Support operational incidents and resolve complex security issues.
- Develop and deliver key project artifacts and performance metrics.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and influence vendor roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with PAM/IAM technologies (e.g., IT security protocols).
- Knowledge of operating systems and platforms like Linux, Windows, and relevant applications.
- Familiar with security frameworks like NIST or CIS and automation practices (e.g., Infrastructure as Code).
- 4+ years in security roles, ideally in financial services or regulated environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or TOGAF are preferred.
